How can you refer someone to The Walker Center?

Simply complete the form on this page with your information and we will get in touch with you to discuss the person you’re referring, their situation, and the best approach to reach out to them to complete the first step, which is the confidential assessment. This will help us understand where they are in their addiction. From there, our counselors create a recovery plan for outpatient or inpatient treatment, based on what their needs are.

How much do the drug and alcohol assessments cost?

We provide confidential drug and alcohol assessments at the cost of $150.00 (this could cost less with insurance copays.)

Does The Walker Center offer DUI classes?

Yes, as part of our outpatient services in Twin Falls, we offer DUI classes among various other programs including high intensity outpatient treatment, low intensity outpatient treatment, relapse prevention and more.

How can clients pay for treatment?

As each individual is different, all treatment plans are personalized to their specific needs. There are many factors to take into consideration when determining the cost, including the client’s recovery needs, background and mental health needs. With that being said, we do work with most insurance providers in the US to provide you the help, support, and tools you need to recover. To see if the specific insurance you have in mind would cover treatment, get in touch with us.

How long is the treatment program at The Walker Center?

The residential treatment is based on an 8 week curriculum. The length of stay may varies based on individual treatment needs and will be discussed with the treatment team taking into consideration client needs and preferences as well as funding from insurance. We’ll advise the client on how long their length of stay should be after your confidential assessment.
