  • Pay range $23 to $29.35/hour

Responsibilities

  • Performs intake and orientation.

  • Maintains client records, community contacts, and referrals.

  • Takes on counseling duties when proficient as deemed by the clinical supervisor and time availability.

  • Learns core competencies including assessments, treatment planning, group and individual sessions.

  • Ongoing training based on evaluation of competencies under the intensive supervision plan to perform: Screening, Assessment, Treatment Planning and implementation of Treatment Plan. Must receive supervision and maintain documentation of the supervision plan.

  • Completes timely insurance reviews (or communicates needs to supervisor or treatment team) under supervision.

Requirements

  • Idaho Substance Use Disorder Certified.

  • Knowledge of addiction and its treatment and thorough knowledge of “Alcoholics Anonymous” philosophy.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary treatment team format.

  • Must be CPR certified within 90 days of hire.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder must have a minimum of three years of sobriety from substances of abuse.

  • Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.
