How can Al-Anon Help Me?

It gives you a better perspective on your involvement with alcoholic/chemically dependency problems and makes you willing to do something constructive and interesting with your life.

It is a progressive addiction with identifiable and recognizable symptoms. It affects the mind and body of the drinker/user who can rarely overcome this compulsion without help.
What if I am Not Sure if my Spouse is an Alcoholic/Chemically Dependent Person and Not Just a Heavy Drinker/User?
If any amount of alcohol/drugs is creating problems in your life, Al-Anon is for you.
